🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – V KAY TICKETS

1. Digital Tickets (E-Tickets Delivery)

Most tickets sold through V KAY TICKETS are electronic tickets (e-tickets).

  • E-tickets will be delivered as a secure ticket link
  • This link will be sent automatically via:
    • Email (preferred method)
    • WhatsApp
    • SMS

Once the customer opens the link, they may also add the ticket to digital wallets such as:

  • Google Wallet
  • Apple Wallet

E-tickets are usually delivered instantly after successful payment. However, in some cases delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High website traffic
  • Technical issues
  • System delays

Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout or informed before confirmation

In such cases, tickets will be delivered within 24 hours. If a customer does not receive their ticket within 24 hours, they must contact our customer support or our helpline to raise a complaint.


2. Physical Gifts / Merchandise (If Applicable)

In some cases, a purchase may include a physical gift or merchandise.

  • Such items will be delivered to the customer’s provided address
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and order type
  • Delivery is usually completed within standard working days, but timelines may differ based on logistics or demand

Alternatively, if applicable:

  • Customers may be allowed to collect the item from a designated V KAY TICKETS location
  • Collection will require valid proof of purchase (ticket/order confirmation)

3. Physical Tickets (If Requested Instead of E-Tickets)

If a customer requests physical tickets instead of e-tickets:

  • They must contact V KAY TICKETS customer support or official email
  • Availability, process, and delivery time will be shared at the time of request
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout or informed before confirmation

4. Incorrect Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details (email and phone number).

If incorrect details are provided:

  • Our team may attempt to contact the customer via the registered phone number
  • Customers may be required to provide:
    • Payment receipt
    • Transaction reference number
    • Proof of purchase

In some cases, V KAY TICKETS may request a bank statement or additional verification to confirm ownership of the transaction before reissuing tickets.


5. Delays & Technical Issues

While we aim to deliver tickets promptly, delays may occur due to technical or operational issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Network or system failures
  • High traffic on the platform
  • Third-party service interruptions
